Pixel Bender on background plus Topaz Adjust to create surreal colors. Composite with alligator which used Topaz Adjust for matching color also.

Judy, This looks really wild. The colors and the effect are wonderful. There are some halos from the filtering around the tree tops and the one tree is already cut off so I might crop down to the bottom of the white stick on the top of the middle tree.I think it might strengthen the image. Nicely done.

This is definitely what I think of cypress swamps...spooky and full of alligators! Well done and I especially like the rosy and orange glows in the water. Agree with the crop suggestion by Denise.

    Nice image and application, Judy.

Like the effect and the colors. Also the nice capture of the gator.

Can't wait for MINWR to cool down so the gators are more active. Next month they will be hanging out more along the canal banks.

Hi Judy, I like the openness of the original post more - the sky is cool. Spooky looking place for sure and it took me a few seconds to find the gator! All I would do if it were mine would be to paint out the top part of the tree on the left, where it exits the frame. I would take that out all the way down to the top of the tree in front of it. Do like it as presented though!
