Denise and I fell in love with LeHardy Rapids in Yellowstone; we spent three of our four afternoons there. There were dippers and Common Mergansers and lots of fast flowing water--the latter ideal for blurs. As here.
This image was created with the Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L IS lens with the 1.4X II TC and the EOS-1D Mark IV. ISO 50. Evaluative metering +1/3 stop: 1/4 sec. at f/29. 77mm polarizer set to dark.
