    This image was taken at Mankwe bird hide in the Pilansberg Nature Reserve.

    Canon 40D with Canon 100-400mm lens at 365mm. F7.1, 1/1000, ISO400.

    A slight crop.

    Nice pose and good looking perch as well as BG. Overall a pleasing image, albeit maybe just a little tight a crop. Still looking good though. :)

    I really like the background and colors blend in well. I would wish for a bit more DOF to carry the sharpness beak to tail

    Hey Gary, from your visit with us all there. Good job on the exposure, and posed against a great Mankwe BG. I would maybe add a tough of contrast to the Bulbul.

    Great exposure and detail...I like how the bird seems to be hanging out into the frame. My only wish was less room below or just more up top above the head.
