Hi Bob- Very cool insect. It looks like a day-flying moth but I don't know what species yet.
The colours in the moth are really portrayed nicely, and it's on a very nice perch! You are suffering from a very narrow depth of field at f4 with a 180 mm lens that close to the subject, so not much of the image is in focus. Light levels must have been low looking at the exposure. As for crop I would remove some of the OOF area from the left and if possible give a bit more room below.
