    Taken in Selous Game Reserve, whist staying at Lake Manze Camp (thoroughly recommended), 31st August 2010.

    The drying up umbilical cord shows that is quite young.

    This is pretty cool Ken. Please habitat blends well with the giraffe. I like the room in front of the baby. Would have like a bit more room at the feet.

    Thanks for all of the comments I agree about the need for more space at the bottom. Young Giraffe are cute and remarkably small compared to their mothers what I really need is an image that shows this.

    How tall is this guy? Out of curiosity, is there a picture of him with mother? Just for size comparison.
