I like the view of the feet and the good timing on the feather-grab. Best for this pose is to have the head parallel to the plane of the imaging sensor. The image looks a bit dark overall. The disturbed neck feathers are an unlucky distraction.
Was this bird photographed in Israel? It looks like a Little Egret rather than a snowy.

I like the pose and detail captured in the feathers. Also love the background but I do wonder like Arthur that the image seems a bit dark - especially the rock it is standing on. The head just seems to be a tad soft too...
I do like this pose, and the yellow foot is a bonus. I do agree that the head looks a tad soft. I think the whites look very well exposed, but a bit of lightening would give it a bit more pop I think.
