It seems my thrid pic has everyone stumped. So I will try another one. Any help is highly appreciated as I have no book for Africa and using the web has not taken me to where I want to go. This guy's white stripes stand out, otherwise there was little colour on him.

Thanks for the effort Paul! It's not a great pic, unfortunately, maybe it just doesn't give enough detail.
I have a few more to post, but I'm in Laos for the next three weeks and didn't transfer the pics to my laptop. And haven't seen a bird here yet.
