Background is gorgeous to accentuate the brown colors on the bird -- and the worm is a nice addition -- and the orange eye really is an attention-getter

    Mital:

Good timing with prey, nice angle in frame, colors as mentioned by Scott.
The thorn looks a bit scary in that location to me:)
Might consider a bit of a vignette in the lower corners to downplay the somewhat cluttered perch in LLC.

    Cheers

    Randy thanks for the suggestions.
could you makeout that point of LLC vignneting as i doubt i really understand what you are trying to say or if you could make a quick correction on this one ?

btw the throny perches are so common here and they depend on this habitat to survive and do nesting inside etc etc so i doubt if i would like to remove that in this ....

    Mital:

I am OK with the thorn, not suggesting removing it, just thought it looked threatening to the birds tail section.

I don't have photoshop on this old computer that I am using for backup today, so can't show you, but just some subtle darkening of the lower corners to help downplay the perch a bit in that left lower corner.

    Cheers

    Randy
