    What beautiful whites and background! Wish he had turned his head a bit towards you. Well placed in the frame too.

    I'll be the dissenting opinion. A tad more room at the top would be nice. That's really my only nit. Exposure, light, and color are great, as is the wing position.

    While a head turn might be desirable to some, I don't think it is a realistic critique for an egret carrying nesting material. They tend to look as straight ahead as possible when doing this. I actually like the subtle turn away on this shot. Just my $.05 worth. ;)

    Very, very nice. I like the BG water a lot. Pose is very nice as well.
