Went there yesterday with Susan & Anthony Candelario,Nick Palmieri and Roman K.
We figured the place lent itself well to HDR's so I spent the day shooting them. Most of my images were made up of of 5 images. 0,-1.-2,+1,+2. Sometimes I had to go down 4 stops to capture all the detail in the very bright areas.
I was looking for some wild effects and this place wasn't dissapointing. We all had a great time!

Awesome capture Dave. I like the processing and sounds like you guys had a blast. Great view and I love the arches.

I love the grunge look, the colors, and especially the skylight. The perspective bugs me a bit but I do not know how you would go about straightening all the lines... Were you on a tripod?

Hi Art, yes, I was on a tripod. This is a merge of 5 images put into Photomatics then tweaked in PS. Could of gone for a more realistic look but I'm enjoying playing with the grunge look and color.
Got quite a bit of interesting comps...

Dave, I like this a lot. The colors and accented textures really make for an interesting image. I like doing architectural shots too! The HDR is very well done.

Wow, Dave, that blue is out of this world! Fantastic use of HDR.
