Love this strong image !!!!! Great play with the shadows and clouds !!!! like it as presented Big Congrats !!!!

All the ridges lead to the central prominent peak and the clouds provide a strong framing !!!!!

    Gary,

Very intense colors and contrast. Composition works for me with the fog bank inthe FG, diagonal patterns in the mountains in the middle and more fog in the BG. I tried a reverse s-curve on it using a Curves Adjustment and posted. See what you think.

Still like the original Did great with the changes I was looking for subtle tones and shades with nothing really vivid !!!!

Either one is a winner !!!!

Al and Robert thanks for the nice comments. I like both as well and really like the reverse S idea I didn't think of trying that at all.

    cheers

Great color and the way the clouds form a frame for the peaks really makes the eye focus. Way to go.

Dramatic and nicely designed. I like the softer looking repost a bit better.

thanks everyone -this photo was taken from my bedroom window, not a bad view wouldn't ya say. I like the repost as well but the red sky was really strong that evening and I tried to get my photo as close as I could.

    cheers
