From today's shoot at St Marks NWR in Florida. The wing is motion blurred some and it's rather cluttered, but I'd like to hear your critiques & suggestions for improvement:
Shooting Mode Aperture-Priority AE
Tv( Shutter Speed ) 1/640
Av( Aperture Value ) 5.6
Metering Mode Evaluative Metering
AE lock ON
Exposure Compensation +2
ISO Speed 400
Focal Length 400.0 mm
EXP is good but presentation a bit on the bright side for my taste. The eye is sharp and I love the ruffling. I am even fine with the scraggly grasses. The two big problems for me are the white birds in the BKGR and the big clump of grass that falls behind the bird's back.
Can anyone ID the more distinct REFL as to species?

Neat little perch it's standing on. Seems the critical sharpness and exposure is right on. I wonder if you had moved slightly to the right to get that dense clump away from the bird if that would have helped.
REFL species, I thought immature little blue but it appears quite large compared to the ibis. Is it a great blue morph?
Thank you both for the comments. I still have much to learn and really appreciate the feedback. As for the REFL, it's a juvenile little blue (here's a quick & dirty conversion of it):
Yes to juvie little blue. A nice bookend to the original post. What was the third bird in the orig post? (I have no clue. on that one.)

I believe it was a white ibis - they were thick this morning. The migrants are coming to N. Florida - bald eagles, harriers, kites, and all kinds of shore & wading birds were at my favorite haunt this morning. Shouldn't be too long before they start heading your way...
