    Last week at Pine Point, MA. Processed on small laptop; removed some BG debris. C&C appreciated.

    D90 | 80-400 VR @ 400mm | ISO 500 | 1/2000s @ f/7.1 | 0EV | HH, kneeling in water.

    Bill:

    I like the shooting angle, neat foot pose, angle of bird in the frame, exposure and colors. Comp works for me.

    Great low angle, and I like the raised foot. Also good to see the mud on the bill. Nice and sharp too.

    I like the foot up pose and comp. The colours and exposure is nailed against a killer DOF.

    I like the low angle and the raised foot. Even lower would have been better here as the dark line through the upper part of the leg is a distraction. EXP and SH good. A bit more room all around would work for me.

    Bill, Very nice pose and the raised foot is sweet the way it's pointed outward. I like the color tones of the water and the details and exposure look good. I like seeing the sandy pools of water and the curved dark line of water that follows the underbelly works for me.

    as the experts already suggested the improvements nothing much left to say except i like this image very much .. I love 80-400 :)
