He has full control of the most important element though: light.

Or the iPhone actually is not bad a camera?

I think the video itself was shot with a D300s. That site also has other behind the scene videos for your viewing. Mostly commercial photography I think (haven't looked at all of them). Perhaps they're too young to be nature and wild-life photographers :D:D

I have seen this previously and those are great shots (hey, it's pretty good, iPhone or not). I can come nowhere close to that with my iPhone (yes, studio lighting setup helps). :D
