Man those Snowys are sure beautiful, well captured.
Nice first post, Pierre, welcome to BPN! I like the intent look on this guy.
Tres bien. Did you or others use a mouse to attract the owl? I like the pose and the underwing detail. You might consider toning down the electric blue sky... Later and love, artie

Bienvenue, Pierre :)
Great first post, good looking pose and no distracting shadows
Agree the sky could be toned a little bit. Not sure why you used f/10?.
Fallowing M. Morris suggestion:

For the mouse yes someone beside me had mouse (I hope it is not forbidden here)
And regarding your suggestion I try to tone down and you are right I think it is much better;)
Thank's
And to anwser Fab Question:
''Not sure why you used f/10?''
I wanted lots of DOF for all the wings focus and enough speed to stop movement that is why I decided 1/1250 f10 iso 320.........

Thank you both of you:)
No problema with the mouse. We just ask that folks let us know if the subject has been baited, if you are working at a feeder, using a tape, etc.
later and love, artie
ps: the blue sky is still way electric funky... Try going to Hue/Saturation, selecting the Blue Channel, and reducing the SAt 20-30 or more points till the sky looks more natural.

I know that I am the odd man out here but I like the sky. Don't say it Artie, I know you are always busting me for this. :)
beautiful comp and detail.
actually the owl itself is quite blue......on my monitor
Well done Pierre! I like the positon you give it frame... To me it's well balance... See you...
Pierre...Beautiful image.....however....as others have noted....the color of the sky is unnatural......go to hue/saturation and desaturate only the Cyan color.....to get a natural blue.
