    Default upside down grosbeak

Out side the Lincoln MA Police and Fire Station there were still a couple of Female Pine Grosbeaks coming in to feed on the Crabapples.

    Nikon D300 with 300mm f4 and 1.4 ext.

    ISO 500
    F6.3 and 1/800th

P.S. The bg is the fire and police station hence the hand of man

I sure like the pose of this one hanging upside down to get all the goodies....great to see the flexibility of a bird feeding. The detail, color and exposure are excellent. I might crop a little off the left and blur a little more the OOF berries in the LLC to smooth out the "circles". Well done.

Great shot! I like the pose, and the fine feather detail you captured!
