    Default Curlew Sandpiper

Taken in northern Israel at the fish ponds.
The guys who run the ponds drained this pond thus it has attracted many shorebirds

Good lower angle and soft light make this one a winner. Though I would like a bit more room in back of the tail, the OP is AOK.

Very nice pose and background. Did you reduce noise in th ebg? I ask because it has a creamy look I like a lot.

My only nit is I wish there was more light on the back of the bird, but of course you can't control the sun.

    A winner.

Nice low angle, good exposure and colours. I actually like the fact you left the two specs in the water. Because the reflection is not super strong another option would have been to raise your lens a bit as I find the subject a bit high in the frame.

Beautiful image of one of my favorite birds. Loved the light, angle & pose of the bird a lot!

Good low angle, good light, interesting species. I think the bird is a little tight in the frame.
