Though I would have preferred that the head be parallel to the back of the camera this one works for me as the head is at least turned a bit towards us as compared to the angle at which the bird is swimming away from us. Light, REFL, and EXP are right on. d-o-f right on. Not sure of the high placement in the frame except to make room for the credit line.
