    Was created this afternoon few meters from my house

    Canon EOS-1D Mark IV
    Canon EF 500mm f/4L IS USM
    1/1600 f 5.6 iso 320

    Manos, loved the super clean BG. Nice details in the face and bill is sharp.

    DOF a little too shallow I feel. In such "bird facing the camera" pose, I dont mind tail out of DOF, but I like DOF to be good enough to render the perch and feet sharp.

    The only thing I get a few meters from my house is House Finches! Nice image, although I agree with Peter on all counts. Needs a bit more DOF; shutter speed or ISO adjustment could have easily gotten you there.
