    things were so slow at Anhinga yesterday late afternoon, I ended up taking snaps of snaps....

    this Gator is an old time friend of Alfred's and says hello.....

    ..... and a big Hello back to my buddy !!!!!! Know him well Mike !!!!!

    Would blur the bg a bit to and darken the four corners to make him pop !!! Nice set of teeth !!!!

    Nice smile and great detail. The undulating row of teeth is somewhat hypnotic if you just stare at it a bit. I'd be tempted to remove the blade of grass at the tip of the snout.

    In terms of the background and grass...I quite like them both. They help to place the gator in its habitat. Love this great view of the teeth, but do feel that things might be just a bit tight here...especially in terms of the back of the head. Nice work on a slow afternoon. :)
