    Hey Jay,
    I really like this one! I like how you composed this and even the softening of the petals works here to give this a great painterly feel! I would toy with lightening the dark areas a bit......but this was very well done overall!

    Jay, I can see why Roman would say you should consider lightening up some of the darker areas but I love it just the way it is. It's a very 'moody' shot. :)

    I love the rich dark colours. As mentioned, this has a very painterly feel to it.

    Different perspective for sure, you either like it or not. I find it a bit dark on my monitor, but that may be the intent.

    I would lighten the flower center just a bit but not too much to ruin the mood and clone out the yellow fleck in the left top corner. Nice!
