    I like the composition with the bird looking back diagonally into the frame and the mood created by the smooth, and cool color tones of the fore- and background. There looks to be a sharpening halo around the bird - especially around the beak and head. Also, this is a willet rather than a spotted sandpiper. :)

    I am not real Super-keen on I'ding this type of bird guys. I looked in my book and thought it might be a sandpiper but a willet it may be also. My apologies if mis-I'ded and yes there appears to be a halo also. :)
