    Colorful bird and I like the orange around the face -- looks oversaturated on my monitor and the background detracts my attenton from the bird -- especially the white flowers in LLC and the bright green just above the mid body and tail

    Good points by Scott. The white spots might just be areas of light coming through the foliage, but they are distracting. The shooting angle is a bit steep, and the perch with the wire wrap justin front of the face does distract a bit.
    The bird is well exposed with a good head angle however. I would keep working this fellow if you can, hoping for a better shooting setup.

    I think Randy and Scott nailed the critique here. A little time spent with this bird will probably reward you with a better perch that is closer to eye level.
