    Here is my version of the filter abuse:confused: Used five layers - three of which are fractalius, two topaz (simplify, adjust+remask) and then used layer masks on each to paint over and create this effect. Hope you like it...

    Indranil, I love what the combination of fractalius and topaz did to the background! I love the colors and the base image must be killer:) (And I love night herons)

    This is great! Good job on the original capture and you really got a neat effect with the filters. I like! One of my favorite birds and that background is special.

    Indranil, Your original is a wonderful capture with a great pose, but the filter work has transformed it into a really exciting image. I love the way the dark sky and electric charge has totally changed the mood.
