    1/160 sec
    ISO 500
    Manual mode, pop-up flash, crop sides to 4:3. Not a very nice perch, at least the colors match. These BF seems to like to perch low, at ground level, and this time managed to get a decent BG.

    I'm actually a big fan of dead perches!....especially when the are this nice and do compliment the subject so well! Very nicely done!

    Love the blend of earth-tone colors here, Ovidiu. Excellent sharpness on your subject. Very clean for ISO 500 with that camera. I think the image would be even stronger if the butterfly was facing slightly toward us rather than slightly away. Perhaps a slight move to your right would have given a better angle. :)
