    This one is from yesterday evening. Settings were -

    7D, Sigma 50-500mm @ 266mm hand held
    1/1000 sec, f/9 Mode: Manual Metering: Evaluative ISO: 400

    Used LAB mode for color correction, DeNoise and usm on the final web version. Your C&C will be appreciated.

    Wow, Indranil, the sky is almost as beautiful as the bird! Nicely seen!!! Good eye contact and catch light. I like the position of the wings but wonder if you could bring out a little more detail by lightening the shadows a bit more, especially on the back area of the front wing. Might also give that front wing another round of sharpening as it looks far smoother than the back wing.

    Hi - Love the 3D feel to this - the repost improves it! Have captured him at just the right time - before he has flown past you - good HA and exposure looks good.
