Delkin 8GB 420X Pro CF Flash Card Questions

So what is the deal with these. I have a 7D and use sandisk extreme cards. I pay about $170 for an 8gb card. I go to birds as art and Artie uses Delkin cards and has the 8gb 420X for $59! Why so cheap and will there be a noticeable difference with my 7D?

Sorry if this is a basic question but looking st speeds, I dont see how they are so cheap.

After I got my 7D, I switched from the Sandisk Extreme 8 GB cards to the Transcend 8GB cards and have seen a world of difference in terms of write speed. The Transcends are rated at 600x and can be had for about $65...

Thanks guys, luckily I still have one of the cards unopened with receipt. In taking it back. I think I want several 8gb cards instead of a 16gb. At $179 I wasn't going to buy mire than one!
I was just curious about Delkin bc Artie Morris swears by them. Good price too!

Hoodman 675x cards are like rocket fuel in my MIV bodies, faster even then Sandisk Extreme Pro cards. But, they will give you sticker shock. Highly Recommended!

Just a quick update. I'm using a 16gb Delkin in my 7D and can tell no difference between it and my Scandisk Pro Extreme. I am ordering a couple 4s and an 8. That should be enough for me. They are priced very too at birdsasart.com
