    Mehran:

Very attractive bird, nice look back pose, bird itself well exposed.

The light is the chief difficulty here. The light angle is well off to your right, casting shadows on part of the bird, and the light itself is quite harsh, worsening the angles effect.
You may be able to soften the contrast a bit with a small reverse S curve in post.
The upper background is quite nice, while the lower is a bit busy, often not much you can do about that, other than try again and hope for a cleaner perch area.
I might consider small crop from the right to try and move him a bit out of the center.

    Hope to see more.

    Cheers

    Randy

Good job getting the black eye to shine from a black head. Agree with Randy that its a bit too centered and the oof background does not help. Especially distractful is the oof tall weed on the right side. Nice colors on the bird

Randy has covered the major points nicely. Try heading out early in the morning, or late in the afternoon for better light quality (or all day when overcast). Looks like a ladybug on the perch, beneath the foot?

    Hi Mehran,
Nice Dorsal pose & Head Angle. Randy's comment covered everything.
