Hi all,

Here is an image of a Ruff from this years trip to Norway.

The weather conditions were lousy and I can tell you that the smell from this particular bay was "memorable" to say the least.

Hey Austin, I havent seen this species of Ruff before. I like how the colours on the head compliment the BG colours. I like the raised foot, sharp, with good DOF on the Ruff. As mentioned, lovely BG colours too. Well captured.

Good points from Stuart. From a comp. standpoint, I might consider a slight crop from the right to move him further off center. All the attention of the bird is to our left. I like the falling rain drops.

Clever title! I like this image alot, good colours and details. I like the falling snow. I do wish we'd see the lower foot too, and that you would have moved your lens left a bit more to the left (to place the subject more at right).

I really like the mood in that picture. Good angle but a tad too centered .
