Tack sharp mate, and a good 3D effect. A well balanced comp, and hope the landing vulture has a spot to touchdown.;)

    Hendri:

AS Stuart mentioned, sharp! Nicely exposed, classic Giant's Castle background. From a comp. standpoint, I would prefer a bit more space between the landing bird and the perched ones. Do you have any frames a bit earlier?

    Cheers

    Randy

Thanks Stu and Randy. No Randy, unfortunately I don't have any frames before this one saved. I might have clipped the wings and deleted it.

"Timing is everything" and you nailed it. Very well-planned to get all three birds in the same plane with adequate DOF at f/6.4 and to freeze the flier's wings with such a fast shutter speed. Exceptional!

That is what you call sharp and very well timed.
Light is superb as is the BKGR.

Outstanding capture! I love the incoming pose and the sharp details. I think the composition is terrific. Just curious is the BG as shot?

WOW...this is outstanding. I'd have loved this image with any one bird also :-) To capture three-in-one like this it just too good.
