Default Aperture 3: Import Multiple Nested Folders into a Project?

How do I import multiple nested folders from my HD into a project in Aperture 3. I am OK with subsidiary albums but do not want a project for each folder. I am obviously trying to do it in one step rather than one folder at a time. I am using Aperture's monumental single library (located on an external drive) but do not mind keeping the original folders after import as a backup.

    Thanks.

    Sincerely,

    Hany.

If you have a project selected in the Projects pane when you select File > Import > Folders into a Project, then Aperture will create a new folder within that selected project and import the images into that location. As with other imports, Aperture will create albums for any subfolders.

I have a high sarcasm rate. Deal with it.
