    The short-billed dowitcher is walking on the flats at Sachuest Marsh in Middletown RI. Nikon D300s Sigma 50-500 f8 1/2000 ISO 800. Adjusted in LR and PS cropped

    There is something very strange going on with the image. The bird looks superimposed onto the background. The noise level is way high and there are some weird looking highlights along the outline of the bird. Also looks like part of the birds head is rubbed out.

    Hi Myer,

    It looks like you did some selective processing on just the bird that has caused it to look very strange as Connie described. You may want to reprocess the image and keep track of what you did during processing. If the image is still messed up, perhaps we can help.
