Nice wingspread and low angle. I like the bill's shadow on the far wing. HA a bit off (wish it was turnead a bit more our way). Details seem odd and ragged - looks like jpeg compression may have done your image injustice? There is also a fair amount of colour noise in the water and wing tips, did you need to recover the exposure much?
Nice timing Haim. If there's problems removing noise on this one, I'd consider a B&W conversion. Should hold up well because of high contrast and good symmetry.
