    Beautiful subject. great over the shoulder look. Fine BG as well. Might take some off the right side. A bit too much space , IMHO.

    The harsh light didn't help you much here, but you got a good glance-back pose. I would fill-in the pale area above the head. A bit of posterization is visible in the BG.

    Nice comp and good looking bird. As noted, lighting and light angle are too harsh here. Image quality appears degraded from cropping or perhaps post-processing.
