Very nice! What a gorgeous bird! Super colors, and I like the perch, though maybe a bit large for the species, and bland for some (not me). I generally tend to overexpose perches of this color, but you exposed it perfectly. The eye seems a bit soft to me, perhaps the focus was placed on the birds back (you did not mention the taking aperature, so hard to tell for sure). While I generally like the crop, I would have liked a tad more room on the left of the bird, shifting the whole subject to the right a bit. BG seems a bit noisy, and maybe some of the feather detail is lost to noise as well. Great head angle and detail in the eye. Well Done! In the future it would be helpful to post the shot details (taken aperature, shutter speed, iso)

I like the bird, pose, colours. Perch is OK. Good suggestion comp-wise to move the bird a bit more right (not much needed), and I wouldn't mind seeing it a bit smaller in the frame too. Some outline edges look suspect and jagged though (bill and perch outlines). Perhaps a sharpening issue.

Nice inquisitive glance and beautiful bird. IQ slightly reduced by high ISO or crop. There may be a slight magenta cast on this one.
