    Default Rainbow over the city

NR, remove dust spots, lots of different curve adjustments in different parts of the image, increase saturation and contrast on the sky, and sharpen.

Yesterday while getting back from work I noticed a rainbow. Since I haven't taken any pictures in a while I decided to grab my camera once I got home, go out on a balcony and took a picture. Then I thought a HDR would be nice, I got back into the house, found the tripod, mount the camera on the tripod and went back out. However luck was not on my side and the rainbow was gone :( Here is the single shot that I took. Wish I could back off further or use wider lens so I can include the pavement at the bottom of those buildings as well.

All comments and suggestions are welcome.

Beautiful light, clouds and rainbow. Good work getting what you did - too bad it didn't last. I might be tempted to crop some off the bottom, maybe to the top of the unfinished concrete building, to focus more on the clouds and rainbow.

I think you did great in your single opportunity. I think Bill might be on to something with his suggested crop

Hi - like the colours of the rainbow and the sky - think if you take it into NX2 - you would easily correct the perspective issue (Have a look at the buildings on the LHS - They look to be leaning to the left somewhat)
Could also have tried a panorama - vertical instead of horizontal and merged the two together to give you the pavement.

Thanaboon, I like your attempt here! I also think correcting the perspective somewhat would help and I'd clone out the small piece of cloud that intersects with the left edge of the frame at about the midpoint.

Stunning colors in the sky and rainbow. I very seldom see on that shows the entire arc. I agree with previous comments on crop and perspective.

Outstanding colour and light. Personally I like the wide angle effect- I'm surprised the Nikkor 24-70 even on a FF body has such a curved field.

Hi, I love the color of the sky (stormy skies are my obsession); I would have preferred the composition with the entire rainbow if that was possible...
