Seems to need a little clockwise rotation? Probably due to the angle shot at. Nice BG water and good pose with very nice detail.

There certainly seems to be an impression of CW rotation needed - you could try it and see what it results in. Good walking pose and I like the water still wrapped around the foot. Harsh light and so-so light angle gave you nasty shadows on the face and neck, but the exposure is as good as could hope for. If this is full frame I might crop some off at right and top, if not then I would recompose with the bird a little higher in the frame. Nice vibrant blues...the water looks quite refreshing (although you could desat it a few points).

Hey Scott. Daniel took the words right out of my mouth with his excellent critique. Time to set the alarm clock a little earlier for the good light! :)
