    James,

    Good sharpness on your subject and interesting perch for hm/her. The BG is somewhat distracting because of the bright areas. If you can, I suggest a selection and darkening it. In the field, moving left might have given you a more uniform BG.

    Hi James - cute image. I think I would crop it to get rid of the dark overhanging rock on the top.

    Hey James,
    Those rock fields they like to hang out in are tough! So many bright areas that you handled pretty well for the most part. I am torn on the overhang.....because I feel it adds another dimension......although being shaded it does pull the eye so I would lean with Rachel. Very nice job capturing the warning call!

    Good comments all! I thought the overhang kinda framed the pika but when I look at it cropped I can see the difference. I used shadow highlight to darkened the background and like that too. Thanks.
