    Default American Redstart - Female

Early morning, in the shade. Saw the male earlier this year, but haven't seen either in a while.

Jim, beautiful image. Lovely colors, tack sharp bird, good HA and eye contact. Very well done! As a knit-picker, I would excise the distracting little branchlet near the LLC and clean up the flaw on the lower side of the branch near the bottom.

Killer sharp and killer bird and BKGR. I love it but cannot understand your chosen crop/COMP

You have two ugly things on the bottom as noted by Bill and then you put the bird too high in the frame..., A simple crop from the bottom and a bit off the left to get the bird more out of the center yields a pretty much perfect image :)

Tremendous clarity and details on this, I love the eye!! New comp in the repost rocks. I only wish the bottom edge of the perch wasn't so dark. Very well done!!

Unbelievable sharpness, it looks like it's about ready to fly off my monitor! Agree with the comp suggestion Artie made.
