Looks like only 2, but there is a third one hidden behind the one on the right. This was shot in spring this year, at the brown pelican rookery in the Everglades, from the canoe. I was thrilled to see interaction between them. I cloned out legs of a great white egret in upper right corner area.

Connie, Nice interaction captured. I think you did well considering nest shots are so difficult to get anything in the clear. Lovely interaction between the two. They both look sharp. Do you have any more room on top? They are so funny and awkward looking- just adorable!:)

Hi Connie - Nice exposure and sharpness. Love the exposed tongue. In a perfect world, I'd like to see one or both eyes angled a bit more towards the camera but I know that's not always possible.

Cute(!) interaction, and I like the parent bird standing guard behind them. I love the little tongue on the right one. I'm trying to figure out the ULC...is that the parent's bill tip we see there? Exposure nicely controlled despite what looks like harsh light.
