I like the high key look of this. I wonder if a bit of flash would have brought out more of the bird.

Nice HA, and sharpness looks good. If mine, I might clone out some of the vegetation, also would consider doing a levels adjustments to bring the blacks and whites up a couple of notches.

Sharpness is excellent! The bird looks properly exposed, but the brightness of the BG really competes. A cleaner area of water would have been nice. Also I would have tried to include the entire reflection of the bird.
