    Is not easy shoting this bird, always is in shaded vegetation and moving very fast, La Mision, Hgo. Mexico

    Like the open beak. Composition is nice. A shame about the obstructing leaf. The head could stand some additional sharpening. Remember that you can post 1024 pixels wide and 800 pixels tall.

    Looks sharp for 500mm @ 1/60 handheld. Ideally, the bird could stand some fill flash for separation of colors. Nice forest capture on an elusive bird.

    thx for the critic, i think all wish perfect pictures, but many times in dense tropical forest, for many species, is very very dificult, i think the value of picture is an equilibrium betwen the complex of finding the bird, the complex of the ecosistem, and the quality. I think.
