Hi,
A pleasing pose and head angle, but to me the bird looks a little soft, and the details around the head confusing. Perhaps some sharpening, and some darkening or more detail in the white cheek patch might help.
Richard
Cute little fella. Whites are hot on the cheek, with the image a bit light overall. The bill looks sharp, but the eye looks softer. I would have preferred a lower angle, but I have to admit that I enjoy seeing the underwater feet this higher angle gave you.
Hard to explain the bill sharp and much else soft at 1/1000 sec..... I am suspecting a really big crop. Mohsen, can you please post the original full frame capture. This is surely a new species for most here; thanks for sharing.

Thanks Mohsen, and yes, you went for much too big of a crop. This rule of thirds crop might work for you. (I had lots of trouble with the file size so this repost is a tiny file intended only to show the suggested crop.)
