    I shot this handsome Himalayan Turdus last month during the big Sichuan trip. I was in the truck. It had just rained. The thrush came so close that I could no longer fit his entire body in my frame. For that reason, and also because uncropped the downward angle is more noticeable, I turned this photo into a closeup.

    Craig very sharp details and head angle here and the worm adds another behavioural touch. The bird is a little tight to the top and left side of the frame for my liking however. If you have the space I would try and restore some above on top and on the left.

    Man, it's remarkable how similar this guy is to our American Robin (also of the "turdus" family)!! Nice "wet" look. I love the juicy worm wriggling away, and you got some nice details throughout. I agree with comp suggestion, and would also remove the OOF twig at bottom. Perhaps darkening the midtones too as they seem a bit light to me. I don't mind the flower, but I would tone it down just a bit.
