Nothing but rain the last few days here so time to go through old files. Found this one from St. Augustine taken a few years ago. I know the "HA Police" will get all over this one , but I liked it anyway.

Nice work getting the crest up. I like it when they look down as it gives them what I call the "Attitude Look".

Do agree the OOF bill due to the head angle is distracting.

BG is pleasing. Nice shape to the near leaves and I particularly like the one in focus at the lower left.

Good title! I like the spiked look. I'm alright with the HA. Focus point seems to be on the neck feathers behind the head, and I'm not too crazy about the BG foliage between the bill and neck. I too like the sharp leaf in LLC - nice touch.

Joe, I love the crest and the sharp leaves in the corner. I do wish the bill were a bit sharper. Seems just a teeny bit tight on the right. I really like the curve to the neck.
