I don't know what sort of bird this is, but it is a pretty little thing. There appears to be some artifacts in the background on the left hand branch and the IQ seems a bit low. Was it cropped heavily? Maybe over sharpened?
Verdins are pretty little birds, and here you got a nice view of the red shoulder patch. Good wings down pose. The cloning artefacts need tidying up. Looks like subject motion blur on the face (even 1/3200s. could freeze that!), and the IQ is degraded by what looks like a big crop.
