Here's a new barn image that I've been working on the last few days. I converted the image to B&W and added a sepia tint using hue/saturation. The sky was blown out, so I applied the render clouds filter to the sky. I then applied three textures from Shadowhouse Creations, "Painted Canvas," "Beneath the Surface 2," and "Rubbings," as well as three of my own textures. I also added some scratches with the brush tool and enhanced the border using a grunge brush set here. Any comments and suggestions would be most appreciated.

Christopher, this is a nice addition to the collection. Sure looks like an antique photo that's been around. The textures work nicely and I love the tinting tones that you use. I do wish that juvenile pine tree weren't there in front of the barn, but it looks very happy there. :)

Christopher, Thank you for sharing w/ us your work flow and for the links. You used the render clouds filter very well. The antique and distressed look are definitely your signature look. I am back and forth about a small slice off the bottom so the image doesn't appear as square. Let's see what others say. Nicely done.:)

Beautiful tones and textures here. Agree with Denise that a small crop from the fg would probably add to the strength of the image.

Thanks very much for the kind comments, everyone. I greatly appreciate it! I'll see about a slight crop from the bottom as suggested.
