    Great eye contact and open bill! Wing position is excellent, as is sharpness. I would probably tone down the whites where the body meets the upper wing.

    Michael, loved the strong comp and details in blacks. Open beak always adds a lot. Stunning sharpness. Pulling down the exposure a bit in RAW conversion will help.

    The hottest point is 229 and that is a tiny spot.

    Beautiful sharp details and great flight pose. I am sure that the pixels are in check but I do agree w/ Doug's suggestion about toning down the whites where they meet the body. Fantastic shot and I wish it were mine!:)

    Great work, Michael. The image definitely isn't overexposed. Toning that one area down might be nice as others have mentioned. Incredible detail. You caught him at just the right time... which isn't very easy to do with these guys.

    Great sharpness and wing spread. Like the eye and open beak. Subject is well exposed with a good strond comp. Well done !
