Nice catch. Agree with Jim, the low angle, head angle, pose and smooth background all very nice. Well exposed. You did well with that shutter speed. I try to keep it a bit higher when possible, because of movement blur concerns. You did have some room on the ISO.
But, the proof is in the pudding, and you pulled it off well!
Always fun to photograph a rarity; even better to get a quality frame of one. An interesting pose, good eye contact, and nice sharpness combine to make a very pleasing image.
