Nice capture of the rear bird, good light in the eye. Looks like the sun was very bright.
I like the idea of the second out of focus bird but I think it would be a more powerful image if the bird in front was the one in focus. As presented, when I look at it my eye is immediately drawn to the out of focus bird and not the sharp one. Others may disagree.

I agree with Debbie that my eye is definitely drawn to the OOF bird in front. I'm not sure if it would have helped if the front bird were in focus and the rear bird OOF though. Either bird is going to be too big in the frame and too OOF.

I like the low angle of the image, but the oof bird in front is distracting and I'm not a big fan of the side lighting here. I think getting one of the birds isolated or both birds in the same focal plane would have made a much stronger image.
